Pick your AM Open weekend

Cover Big Bike Weekend, October 16–18, or Youth Weekend, October 23–25, 2026. You may also cover both.

Commit to the AZ Open

Every entrant must also attend the AZ Open of Motocross, December 3–6, 2026, at Arizona Cycle Park.

Apply for media access

Submit your portfolio, social handles, coverage plan, insurance status, and signed media agreement through the official application.

04

Get approved + pay

The creator credential is $150 and becomes active only after approval, payment, and verification of required insurance.

Who can enter

  • ↗You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • ↗You must attend one AM Open of Supercross weekend: Big Bike or Youth.
  • ↗You must also attend the 2026 AZ Open of Motocross.
  • ↗You must carry insurance that covers you and your media activity at both events.

What you get

  • ↗A media credential for approved event dates after the $150 fee is paid.
  • ↗Permission to sell your own photos and videos directly to riders, teams, families, and event customers.
  • ↗Access to designated media-only and special shooting areas.
  • ↗Access remains subject to event schedules, safety conditions, and staff direction.

Track access

  • ↗Wear your credential where it is visible. Credentials are never transferable.
  • ↗Stay a safe distance from the course and obey every relocation request.
  • ↗Never stand in jump landing zones or anywhere without a clear view of approaching riders.
  • ↗Clear the start area when instructed and never block officials, workers, broadcast cameras, or sponsor signage.
  • ↗No signaling, coaching, cheering, or outside assistance from restricted areas.

Photo + video

  • ↗Create and publish a video from each event day you attend.
  • ↗Publish each qualifying video as a collaboration with @insidermx and the applicable event account: @amopensx or @azopenmx.
  • ↗Deliver all footage captured each day to the InsiderMX team in the format and by the deadline provided at check-in.
  • ↗You retain the right to sell your photos and videos, subject to these rules and event staff instructions.

THE IMPORTANT

Qualifying content

Only public videos posted from your registered social accounts and accepted as collaborations with @insidermx and @amopensx or @azopenmx qualify. Stories and private posts do not qualify.

Scoring

One verified view equals 1 point, one verified comment equals 2 points, and one verified share equals 3 points. InsiderMX will verify platform analytics and total all qualifying videos.

Fair play

Purchased engagement, bots, automated activity, fraudulent accounts, or other manipulation will result in disqualification. InsiderMX may request analytics or supporting records.

Footage delivery

Bring your media cards and a compatible card reader to the broadcast trailer each day. An InsiderMX team member will download your footage. Missing daily footage may make that day’s content ineligible.

Safety + conduct

Credentials do not override event rules. Follow all instructions from event, track, safety, and broadcast personnel. Unsafe conduct may result in immediate loss of access without refund.

Winner verification

Winners are subject to eligibility and analytics verification and are responsible for applicable taxes. If a winner cannot be verified, the next highest eligible score may be selected.

DRONE ACCESSProfessional cinema camera dronePART 107 + INSURANCE REQUIRED

Drones require advance written approval, a current FAA Part 107 certificate, and drone liability insurance. Approval is not guaranteed and flight restrictions may change. A violation results in immediate ejection, credential revocation, and no refund.

05 / MEDIA RIGHTS AGREEMENT

The official application includes an electronic Media Rights Agreement. You retain ownership of your Event Media and may continue to use and sell it, subject to event rules and third-party rights.

In exchange for participation and event access, entrants grant USA Sport AZ LLC, Arizona Cycle Park LLC, InsiderMX, AZ Open of Motocross, AM Open of Supercross, and their respective owners, affiliates, sponsors, successors, licensees, and designees a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use all media captured or created in connection with the Media Challenge or either event.

The license includes the right to copy, edit, adapt, modify, publish, display, perform, distribute, transmit, advertise, promote, archive, monetize, sell, sublicense, and create derivative works from Event Media, in any format or medium, for any lawful purpose without further notice, approval, or compensation. Entrants represent that they have authority to grant the license and release the authorized parties from claims arising from authorized use, editing, or distribution, except where prohibited by law.
